Australia Post has suspended its Economy Air international delivery service for parcels to most countries, meaning we are unable to ship via International Economy parcel and Letter Post, and are therefore no longer able to post CDs or merchandise via Letter Post. The cheapest shipping option currently available is International Standard Parcel Post which includes a tracking number and email notification. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have cheaper shipping options available again in the near future.
All foreign orders are shipped via Australia Post’s Air Mail service and calculated using Australia Post’s current international postage rates – NOTE: Economy Air Mail DOES NOT include a tracking number. Please contact us if you require an “International Tracking” option which is Standard and Express Air and slightly more expensive.
TIP: It is often far more economical to order 2 or 3 CDs or LPs rather than one when placing a foreign order, as the shipping cost to send a single record can be the same as sending 2 or more items.
Delivery times for International orders can vary depending on customs and is not guaranteed by a specific date, generally we advise allowing up to 2-3 weeks for international shipping to arrive. Once the goods arrive in your country, Australia Post might require local contractors for on-forwarding and they are then relying on them to operate efficiently and without error. Due to the many variables encountered with international freight contractors, Pee Records cannot be held liable for international consignments that are lost or damaged in transit.
