We take as much care as humanly possible to ensure your record reaches you in the new condition we packed it, by removing LPs from their sleeves and packing the vinyl in the stiffest cardboard LP mailers available in Australia. We also include extra cardboard stiffeners in orders where possible (when parcel weight limit allows).
However, due to the many variables encountered with international and local freight contractors, and the fact that ‘some’ postal workers just don’t give a shit, Pee Records cannot be held liable for international consignments that are lost or damaged in transit.
If your vinyl order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order # and description and photos of the damaged packaging and vinyl. We can lodge a damage claim with AusPost for the cost of your record on your behalf, which we will refund you in advance, but the cost of shipping is unfortunately non-refundable, no matter how crap their service is.
