Local Resident Failure 10th Anniversary LP!

On June 15 2022, Newy punk band Local Resident Failure celebrated the tenth anniversary of their much loved, and highly acclaimed debut album ‘A Breath Of Stale Air’. The album was originally pressed on CD only, with a 12″ LP coming to life a few years later that has been out of print for quite a few years now…

We’re stoked today to have the LP available once again on our webstore, for purchase here today!

Thanks to all those who’ve told us they want it repressed by adding the release to their Waitlist on our webstore, we’re doing a Limited Edition Tenth Anniversary repress of the album! We’ve repackaged the original artwork by Aussie artist Ben Brown, which now features a descriptive blurb from Smitty about the album’s history and making, plus a song by song write-up by Dal. Two variants of the album are available; a Frosted Clear LP with Blue and Pink Splatter, and a Side A/B Black / Hot Pink colour effect.

We also have four Limited Edition LP Bundles available that include the LP with both variants, or their ‘Stale Air Digipak CD, or the LP with a Limited Edition T-Shirt, or a ceramic band mug! They’re all available for pre-order today, and will be packed and dispatched late July when stock arrives.

We’ve also teamed up with our mates at Disconnect Disconnect Records (UK) and Thousand Islands Records (CAN) once again, to ensure this gem is available to fans north of the equator.
