Almost four years since their inception, Western Sydney punk trio So I Says to Mabel (SISTM) are showing no signs of slowing down … not only in terms of song tempos in a live setting, but with a new album under way they’ve joined the PEE RECORDS roster for what’s shaping up to be a big year!
With 2 EPs and a full-length album under their ever-expanding belt, SISTM have created a soundtrack that has often (once) been described as a unique blend of ‘grit induced poppy skate-punk‘.
SISTM’s live show is full of smiles, bounces, and at least two dropped drumsticks per set, they’re an infectiously energetic live band that’ll get you jumping. Catch them pre-show doodling on their setlist or in a huddle break chanting ‘Gooooo Mabel!’
