Shipping is so damn expensive! Why do you charge so much?

We agree! Direct your frustration towards Australia Post though, not us. We use the Australia Post app on our webstore to calculate shipping costs, so we only charge what they charge us and in some cases we lose money on the added costs of packaging and labeling. Sometimes however the AusPost app over-calculates charges, especially on large or bulk orders. If you’d like us to check or verify a shipping quote please contact us and we’ll take a look at it! Remember though, Australia Post’s last CEO gifted $3000 Cartier watches to senior, highly paid employees… so there’s that.
