If the item you ordered is faulty, please contact us and let us know what the problem is so we can resolve it.
If the product was damaged in transit then please contact us. Due to the many variables encountered with local and international freight contractors, Pee Records cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We can however make a claim with Australia Post for compensation. Read more here
If it is an item of clothing and you’ve already worn it and decided you no longer want it or want to exchange it for another colour/size, we’re unable to accept the product back in this case due to implementing hygiene and COVID safe practices.
